Taking photos of my own kids is so hard -they just want to be mischievious! But I love to take them anyways, and their antics make me laugh!  I thought I would share some of the things I was trying out with you!

This little guy had the most beautiful eyes! He was so sweet and good natured, just like his parents!

We had a break in the rainy weather to take some portrait sessions at Burnaby Mountain, and when it started to drizzle we quickly went to SFU for some cover. Joanne was such a good sport and was such a joy to photograph!

Lylia is already beautiful at only 4 weeks old, with all that hair! Her family was delightful, even the pets rambunctiously joining in for some photos!

This little guy was ALL expression! I couldn’t stop taking photos, he just had so many smiles and dimples to flash!

Its hard not to post tonnes of photos of my own kids, but I couldn’t resist these ones!

A Christmas photo shoot with a very sweet family, and Samuel was so cute! His huge eyes looked wonderful in photos, and his happy personality really shone through!

I was excited to see Sebastien once again for his year old photos, having assisted a friend with his new baby photos last year. He has grown into quite a little handsome charmer! I was delighted to wander outside (before the snows came!) for a handful of photos to take advantage of a beautiful wintry day near their home, a rendez-vous well worth the brisk air! Sebastien’s beautiful mother Carine looked stunning outside!

I was back to photograph ‘Baby Bear‘ who appeared as a newborn here on the blog earlier in the year -and boy has he changed! He was so sweet once again, and his family is as beautiful and wonderful to work with as ever!

I went all the way to Nanaimo for the day to meet these wonderful cuties! I wasn’t able to take one home unfortunately, their parents also seem to be very much in love with them! Heidi and Avery are a month old, and love to squirm!
